Truth or Consequences

Beloved:

How important is TRUTH? Does TRUTH really matter? What if we lived in a world WITHOUT TRUTH? What if there is no such thing as ABSOLUTE TRUTH? Who decides what is TRUTH? Is there a Final Authority concerning TRUTH? Is there no new thing under the sun regarding TRUTH? “There is no new thing under the sun” (Ecclesiastes 1:9, KJV). Is there such a thing as Eternal/Universal TRUTH? Why should the Present Generation be concerned with TRUTH?

With so much confusion in EVERY AREA of life, is it not TIME to know THE TRUTH ABOUT TRUTH? The answer to this question is: ABSOLUTELY!! Dear ones, it is PAST TIME to know THE TRUTH ABOUT TRUTH, as this generation is living in a GHETTO of SUPPRESSED (held down, denoting continuous action) TRUTH. (see Romans 1:18, KJV). Romans Chapter 1 informs us that SUPPRESSED TRUTH is held down in the SEWAGE of the SEWER of Man’s Ungodliness and Unrighteousness. 

So, let us now state THE TRUTH ABOUT TRUTH:

(1) TRUTH and the WORD OF GOD are one and the same! (“Thy Word is TRUTH”--John 17:17, KJV). 

(2) TRUTH and FREEDOM cannot be SEPARATED! (“And ye shall know the TRUTH, and the TRUTH shall make you FREE”--John 8:32, KJV). 

(3) Everything in life rises or falls on TRUTH! (“Buy the TRUTH and sell it not”--Proverbs 23:23, KJV).

(4) Nothing can defeat ERROR but TRUTH! 

(5) The Christian Faith is but FANTASY without TRUTH!

(6) We must know and do the TRUTH or face the CONSEQUENCES of Error, Falseness and Lies.

Living in an Age that has little or no regard for OBJECTIVE/UNIVERSAL TRUTH, we find ourselves doing nothing but handling the POISONOUS SNAKES of TEMPORARY/SELECTIVE/RELATIVE TRUTH better know as ERROR!

Living here on the East Coast of our Nation, I have learned a great truth: When the ATLANTIC OCEAN is at its LOWEST TIDE, a HIGH TIDE is ready to come in.

Yes, at Present it’s a very Low Tide in regards to TRUTH in America. But THE CHURCH must PRAY fervently for a great HIGH TIDE of TRUTH  to FLOOD our land!
